2 Best Unique Features of the Clever Fox Planner Daily Pro

The Clever Fox Planner Daily Pro has taught me that
the importance of having both – Long-term & Short-term- goal settings,
which extends to private life and personality.

1. Ultimate Life Goal-Setting System

(20 Years Vision / 10 Years Vision / 5 years VIsion / 1 year Vision)

Life_Goal_Settings_Clever_Fox_Personal_Development_Planner

How old will you be in 20 years?

This is where the real magic happens.

Have you ever thought of your age in 20 years? And how will your life be ?
Family? Work? Community? Health? Wealth? Etcetera…

We will write down “How I will be like” in 1/5/10/20 years
in the below – 8 each Life Domains.

  • Health & fitness
  • Business and career
  • Family & friends
  • Relationship and romance
  • Finance
  • Personal development
  • Fun & recreation
  • Spiritual

Having this 20-year target in mind is powerful for
keeping you motivated and intentional
about how you spend your time.

We will write down our age in each box of the “XX-year later” – box.

How_Old_Will_I_Be_Clever_Fox_Personal_Development_Planner

When I saw my age 20 years later,
I was a little shocked, but at the same time,
I felt the reality of how old I would be in 20 years.
It made me feel like 20 years from now would be very close.
This age box gave me the sense of some urgency
for the remaining time of my life.

Also, this entire process required heavy engagement with my inner voice.
It took about 2-3 weeks for the first time I tried.
I believe this will be recurrsive effort to adjust/modify every quarter or every year.

But at least it is a shining north star at this moment.

A bit Overwhelming?

Yes, this activity requires a big commitment.
I understand that.
If it is too much, then
there are a couple of options that you can try.

  • If you are a more visual person, like me,
you can map out by using images, keywords, inspiring quotes, and sketches in the Vision Board page. – I use software app to create my Vision Board, and printed out, and posted onto the Vision Board page.
  • This planner provides you a self-discovery page
to assist the setting up your 20 years life goal.
    Utilize that page.
  • If you need only a short-term goal,
then you can skip this section and focus on a 1 year goal page only.

With this solid game plan for both the near future and down the road,
those big dreams you’ve been chasing for so long
won’t seem so out of reach anymore.

You’ll start tackling your goals day by day,
feeling sure that every step you take is getting you closer
to that big picture you’ve got in mind

2. Powerful Weekly/Monthly Prompts

Thought-Provoking Review Prompts Of course, even the best goal-setting structure means little without follow-through and accountability.
This is where the Clever Fox’s signature review sections shine,
giving you a built-in self-coaching framework.

Prompts

Each week, you’ll be prompted to ask yourself questions like:

  • This week big wins.
  • What tasks were NOT completed, and why?
  • What habits were NOT pursued, and why?
  • What have I learned this week?
  • What did I do for myself this week? What made me happy?
  • How do I feel about my progress this week?
  • How will I improve next week?

Then at the end of each month, you’ll go even deeper with an extended self-review covering:

  • This month big wins
  • What were the biggest lessons learned / insight gained?
  • Which life areas were lacking and why?
  • What tasks were not accomplished, and why?
  • How do I feel about my progress this month?
  • How will I improve next month?

Why Prompts Matter

I feel that these simple prompts are incredibly powerful
for developing self-awareness as well as productivity.

These prompts have given me tremendous productivity improvement so far. “Right review prompts” makes me revisit my past behaviors/decisions retrospectively, and gives me the opportunity to think about the next improvements. Especially “Why?” questions.

For instance,
if I see the same task being pushed many times,,,
then I need to ask myself why.

“Is that because it is not urgent for me any longer ?”
or
“is that because I put the wrong priority every day?”
or
“is that because I just cannot have the motivation to try? “
and so forth…

Looking by the past 7 days pages,
I can recollect my emotions and behaviors.

If it is just a motivational issue,
then my solution I will try next week is
– to set some reward for that task,
or do some quick google search to refer some solution

If the priority issue,
then I put priority1 on the upcoming Monday Priority box.

Both the weekly and monthly check-ins build the crucial “review and adjust” habit loop.
That’s so vital for meaningful behavior change.
You’ll become a master of objective self-assessment and course-correcting on the path toward your goals.
