The 4 Hour Challenge

We have just 24 hours each day.

How do you guys use every day?

  • Sleep = 8 hours
  • Meals (incl. preparation) = 3 hours
  • Work = 8 hours
  • Hygine = 1 hour

That already consume 20 hours.

That leaves only 4 hours for everything else.
